SPOTLIGHT ON: Myristin

A truly extraordinary joint supplement.

Cetyl Myristoleate.  It’s a mouthful (and often abbreviated CMO), but it’s also the ingredient that makes MYRISTIN a one-of-a-kind product.

CMO was discovered by a research chemist studying arthritis in mice.  He found he was able to protect other species of lab animals from arthritis by pretreating them with the CMO he isolated from the mice.  Further studies revealed CMO’s efficacy with a variety of joint health problems.

CMO functions in four different ways.  It works as a lubricant (essentially nature’s WD-40) by creating synovial fluid, a painkiller, an anti-inflammatory, and most importantly, as an immune system modulator.

By combining CMO with common joint repair ingredients like glucosamine sulfate and Methylsulfonyl Methane (also known as MSM), Myristin became a formula that not only treats damaged joints, but also stops the arthritis on a cellular level.  As the CMO stops the arthritis, it gives breathing room to the repair components of the formula, thus allowing them to do their job permanently.

Results from Myristin are typically seen in the first two weeks.  In some cases as long as six to eight weeks may be needed to see major improvement, depending on the severity of the problem.

Dog lovers everywhere have seen a dramatic improvement in their pets’ comfort, mobility, agility and happiness when they start them on Myristin– even after years of treatment with glucosamine alone. Even geriatric dogs with whose joints have been deteriorating for years have enjoyed unbelievable results.
