We hope you all enjoyed Love Your Pet Week as much as we did! From Monday the 17th through Sunday the 23rd of February this year, we took extra time to spoil our pets and show them just how much we value their company, their unique personalities, and all the love and support they give us on a regular basis.

Unfortunately, many of the pets in our own neighborhoods have never experienced this type of love and safety. Chain of Hope aims to find, care for, and rehome these neglected animals. Whether it’s rescuing another abused puppy or teaching pet owners how to responsibly care for their animals, Chain of Hope has been working hard to spread the love to more pets!

During Love Your Pet Week, the Brookside Barkery and Bath had the opportunity to partner with everyone’s favorite pizza place, Minsky’s, to raise awareness and funds for these neglected animals and to promote Chain of Hope. The Barkery was able to support the effort by donating pizza cookie treats and half priced bath coupons. We’re happy to announce that Chain of Hope received a check for $1,500 at the end!

Thank you for all you did to help make this possible; if you haven’t already, please take the time to check out Chain of Hope and all that they do to care for neglected animals. By donating or volunteering, you too can make a difference in the lives of unloved pets!
