With the ever-changing news about COVID-19, it’s our goal to continue to offer products and services to our customers while doing our best to prevent the spread of Coronavirus to the best of our ability. With that being said, we have made the difficult decision to temporarily prohibit customers from entering our stores effective tomorrow, Wednesday March 18th until further notice. Please read the following to understand how this change will affect you:

  1. Products will be available for curbside pick-up and delivery only.

We have temporarily expanded our free delivery zone to a 20 mile radius and temporarily reduced the minimum to $25. We highly encourage the use of our online store rather than calling in so that we can quickly service everyone. Don’t panic if your pet’s food is out of stock online. Instead, use our contact form detailing the items you need, and we will arrange a special order for you.

  1. Appointments will continue as scheduled, but with a few changes.

For now, we will continue accepting grooming and bathing appointments. However, anyone with an appointment must call to have a staff member come outside and pick up the pet, and call when the dog is ready. Payments will also be taken over the phone.

  1. All walk-in nail trims and self-service bathing will be closed.

For the sake of everyone’s health and safety, we cannot accommodate any walk-in services at this time. This includes self-service pet wash and nail trims. Contact us if you’d like to schedule an appointment.

We will also be altering our store hours at both locations:
Monday-Saturday: 10am to 5pm
Sunday: 12pm-5pm
